We currently get bug reports without much information required to analyze the problem. These templates provide guidance for the sort of context that users can provide to improve the initial bug report or feature request.
Setting POSTGRES_PASSWORD with default, introduced other env vars, closes NrgXnat#20, closes NrgXnat#28.
…8000 and 8080 from xnat-web configuration. Added min and max heap settings to .env file.
