Collect from wikidata too

Buried the lede in 5854171, but...
The path dist/osm/*.json was chosen so that we can start collecting "names" from other non-OSM sources too.

At some point, I'll add:

• dist/wikidata/*.json - stuff collected from wikidata
• and scripts to run SPARQL queries to perform this collection

Looking specifically into collecting the sorts of things that are already well defined in Wikidata but would be cumbersome to collect from the OSM planet

• all the flags
• all the highway routes
  etc

Currently missing from NSI (based on the absence of an NSI identifier):

• 230 library systems with at least 10 branches
• 103 school districts with at least 10 schools
• 88 public transportation systems with at least 10 lines
• 23 park operators with at least 10 parks

Not yet collected by NSI:

• 218 highway route networks and road types with at least 10 separately named or numbered routes
