This is a modified version of Toy Story 2 Fix which specifically targets Buzz Lightyear of Star Command.
This modification was originally made by hdc0, but I've slightly tweaked it myself to include a fix to unlock high-resolution options within the startup menu. Unfortunately, this comes with a side effect of making the game only display a small portion of the screen on the top-left part. This is somehow fixed by using dgVoodoo 2 though, so I've decided to bundle it here as well, where credit is due to dege for creating it.
One small issue that remains is that 32-bit color resolutions still can't be selected on the startup menu, especially when using dgVoodoo. A real fix needs to be investigated.
