New test suite has been created for SLS (https://github.ibm.com/maximoappsuite/fvt-ibm-sls) to verify Operator maturity level support like workload scaling [3.1], affinity[3.2] etc. All functional tests are already covered here. A new task has been added to run this SLS fvt suite which can be triggered from existing pipeline mas-install-with-fvt and a new pipe line mas-fvt-sls. This PR is created for code review of the new SLS tekton pipeline and task.

Testing: SLS fvt test suite has been verified by running the pipelines on a quick burn environment.
