[minor] Manage FVT, Direct Print Multi Step and COS Setup for Doclinks

This PR Contains the following changes:

• Split direct print into three test keywords and integrate a multi step task for it
• New Keywords addition for User consumption
• New keyword for Eaudit
• COS now can be installed without Assist, just informing a proper flag indicating Manage wants to use that
• Role that setup doclinks for manage eis now introduced in the pipeline and attachments can be configured against ibm cos
• new task to verify if Manage is completed in workspace successfully has been created
• new pipeline fvt-manage has been created using verify task previousy mentioned and all the Layer 3 FVT tasks including industry solutions
