Cleans up a lot of complexity in the tekton build and delivers two new pipelines:
mas-upgrade-after-installmas-uninstall-after-installAlso removed all the FVT-related pipelines/tasks from
ibm-mas-tetkon.yaml, moving them intoibm-mas-tekton-fvt.yamlproviding a clear distinction between the tasks and pipelines we expect to be used internally and those aimed at customer use.
