Is it possible to use completion in command mode?

I hope I'm not missing something trivial, which wouldn't surprise me, but I haven't been able to add a keybinding to fzf-lua's complete_path in command mode. I tried to use vim.api.nvim_set_keymap. Even though it works for insert mode, it doesn't work for command mode. I was able to get it working partly by using vim.api.nvim_create_user_command to create a command so that it is "visible" in the command line. However, instead of using the text in the command line, it uses the text from the main window. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not possible to use in command mode, you’re not missing anything, normal and insert mode only.
