Related to #1250, #1280 and #1300.
ModelSearchArgumentsandDatasetSearchArgumentsare only half-maintained and caused quite some trouble recently. Additionally they are now quite innefficient to instantiate as they require to load all models/datasets from the Hub before filtering them. The PR aims to show that those helpers can be useful but are optional.Also in the same PR I revisited a bit the HfApi reference page to make it less verbose and more structured on the right tab.
