Description of Changes
"How We Fixed It"
Added the migration to add new row in Tags model where tag name is "DeSci"
Test Plan
1- run the migration file
2- create the community and goto community page and in admin section select the tag DeSci and save changes
3-Goto explore community and select filter options , select the Preference "DeSci" you should be able to see the community
