deprecate "old" methods of session and add a new one

- deprecated load()
- deprecated save(), saveOrUpdate(), and update()
- deprecated delete()
- deprecated "dangerous" overloads of refresh()
- added getReference() taking an entity name
- improved the Javadoc for lots of operations
