Week 10

During the tenth week, which is also the last week I did a full review on the Diagrams I had done, the requirements, and the Front-End of the page.

Week 9

During the ninth week I worked on the front-end of the code using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

Week 8

During the 8th week I worked on the Deployment Diagrams and the Data Flow Diagrams

Week 7

During the seventh week I continued working on the Activity Diagrams and completed what I think are the most profilic cases of activities for them. To be worked on again if something needs to be added.

Week 6

Midterm Week

Week 5

During the fifth week, I did more research on the types of activities to prepare the work for the activity diagrams and designed the first versions of each type of diagram.

Week 4

I continued working on non-functional requirements of the project, especially with the Organizational Requirements. I also did some changes on other requirements as some new things came to our knowledge by discussing about the project.

Week 3

This week I completed the non-functional requirements of the project with some changes still to be done on this part.

Week 2

During this week we had another meeting where the leader assigned the roles and now I have the role of “Client Representative”. We discussed by focusing more on the details and we worked on the project requirements. Along the week I got more familiarized with the languages we will use on the project and started making some sketches to have a better idea of how the app would work. So in conclusion:

• I gave some ideas about the concerns we had about some of the features.
• I saw some approaches on the languages we will use(Python, Django, Javascript etc.).
• I talked with some representatives of the transportation system in Epoka University.

Week 1

During this first week, I began the work on the project by firstly giving some ideas about what I think would be the best option for the nature of the project including 2-3 project topics I presented to my group. These ideas were based on identifying some problems that we actually experience daily.
My main ideas were:

1. Bus Management System – Based on Epoka University transport system which I think would require some changes to be better.
2. Football Fantasy app for Albanian Superleague.
3. Online Election System.
4. Hotel Management System – Based on my own experience. After discussing in the group, we actually decided one of these ideas: Bus Management System, but with bigger approach including all the transportation system for a university. We chose our leader would be Herta Brari and gave some draft ideas about the approach we would use to achieve the best solution for this project.
