feat: added some Rust in debugging material

I added some Rust examples in the debugging material, switched the Fortran examples to C++ since it's much more likely that students will end up working on a C++ project, and I removed mentions of adroid and stellar since it shouldn't be specific to Princeton.

I'll think if I can add more things and I'll mark it as ready for review.

For the profiling material there's nothing that's specific to C/Fortran, so it works the same way with Rust. We'll have to talk to see if it's worth moving the pdf material to markdown this time or later on.

This likely will be taught again with Fortran this Fall, so it would be nice if this is either a new page, or tabs on the existing page. I can try to do one of the two before next week. If we don't have time, we can merge this, then restore the Fortan part as tabs or page in the future (might be better).
