Incrase payload buffer to 1024 bytes. Its been observer that responses from nrf cloud gets truncated when requesting the full shadow post boot. Increase the payload buffer to 1024 bytes to avoid truncation. Signed-off-by: Simen S. Røstad <[email protected]>
