Summary of changes:

Removed the git-revision-date-localized plugin
Optimized Docker setup: Updated the Dockerfile to use Python 3.10-alpine. Also added Docker Compose support.
Updated installation instructions in README: Clarified steps for setting up the project with Docker, including how to use Docker Compose to serve the site locally.
Updated README.md: Made textual improvements for clarity.
