Overview

As a Hack for LA project, we need to produce a One Sheet description for inclusion on the website.

Action Items

• Copy One Sheet template onto G drive and link it to this issue
• Work on a first draft
• Present at a meeting and solicit comments/edits
• Finalize and maybe make public so that the website team can make a copy of it
• add back to the icebox until logo is finished
• once logo is available, add to One Sheet
• create a pdf of One Sheet using the naming convention here: https://github.com/hackforla/product-management/tree/master/project-one-sheets
• upload One Sheet to product-management/project-one-sheet directory and add a link to the final url to this issue and the Experience Profile: Erika Gil product-management#139 issue.
• release dependency on Experience Profile: Erika Gil product-management#139

• What is a One Sheet?

A One Sheet is a one page overview of a Hack for LA project. It includes a brief overview, what has changed in the last 6 months and what is on the roadmap for the next 6 months. These are used to create alignment between project team/stakeholders and Hack for LA org as well as sharing updates with stakeholders and funders.

We got feedback from the whole team. Next steps are for Kathleen to do a cleanup and finish the 2nd draft

@Kathleenfrancois I revised the one sheet some more. I think the content is good to go, other than not having a logo and a proper name. In the meantime It should go back in the icebox until the logo or at least a temp image we can use on the website is done. I think there is an issue for the logo/name if there is not, please draft one.
