Let it keep as is so far. It allows us to make test deploys to my SVN server.
Deploy to wp.org works with this line. Just not specify SVN_SERVER in secrets.
Later, I would like to make a PR to 10up. If they will accept small changes I have made in action file, we will not need my fork anymore.
