OpenSUSE uses /usr/lib64 rather than lib and this confuses the depends system. These changes ensure all packages here install to the lib folder in the depends build root. Other Linux distros that use /usr/lib64 will also benefit from this, and it is idempotent for distributions that use /usr/lib.

Looks like we need to fix being able to compile with bdb53 when the distribution is bdb48 based. The configure for the main build apparently finds the op sys bdb 48 headers/libs first and uses those, even with the --with-incompatible-bdb selected. This is not within scope originally of this PR, but a fix naturally belongs here...

Not within scope of this PR per se, but a big issue overall, is that the bdb detection code is not right. If you are on a bdb 4.8 system, such as a OpenSUSE, and you specify to build depends with BDB_53=1, BDB 5.3 gets properly built in the depends tree. However, when you try to pull it in to the main build with --with-incompatible-bdb, the operating system bdb 4.8 is used instead. I do not think this is the correct behavior. --with-incompatible-bdb should be a directive to use a bdb that is NOT 4.8. The build should then ignore any bdb 4.8 libs at the system level rather than selecting them. This needs to be addressed to allow bdb 4.8 or bdb 5.3 builds using depends on a Linux system. Note that the depends style build should be ignoring the operating system level bdb libs ENTIRELY as the objective is to build a statically linked executable that does not depend on the version installed by the operating system.

Windows does not have this issue, because in the mingw environment, there is no operating system level bdb to conflict with.
