  • Update Go to 1.23.7. #52772
  • Fixed VNet on Windows when the cluster uses the legacy signature algorithm suite. #52767

We might as well get the Go security updates in for this release: #52772

Also, I just slipped in a spacelift docker image fix - please regenerate the changelog.
