What went wrong?

What happened:

  1. I triggered an escalation manually (direct paging) with a single user to page
  2. User acknowledged the alert group
  3. User continues to get notifications as per their personal notification policies

What did you expect to happen:

  1. I trigger an escalation manually
  2. User acknowledges the alert group
  3. User stops getting notifications

How do we reproduce it?

Grafana OnCall Version

v1.8.8

Product Area

Alert Flow & Configuration

Grafana OnCall Platform?
