Hi, I'm curious why this was changed. Is there a corresponding issue that this addresses or something that I can be pointed to that describes the increase? |

This was done together with #4364, goal was to spread TSDB head compaction over a wider time range to reduce CPU spikes on nodes running multiple ingesters. |

In this PR I'm upstreaming a configuration change we did at Grafana Labs, setting -blocks-storage.tsdb.head-compaction-interval=15m.
