This PR updates the Grafana Agent chart to the latest 0.37 version.
A label was added to the prometheus.exporter.unix block as that is now mandatory.
Clustering is enabled in the chart. Clustering blocks are also added for the logs and metrics config blocks.
Tested by installing locally in k3d. Screenshot of the clustering page of the Agent UI:
