Copyedit to conform to docs team style, including:
Removed marketing style graphics from the landing page.
Moved all images into a single folder.
Updated graphics links to include alt text and captions for images.
Replaced Admonitions for Public Preview with standard shortcode, and moved below headings.
Updated headings to avoid duplicate headings.
Renumbered procedures to follow convention of using 1. for all steps.
