For the moment, it re-makes muons and PFCandidates, then remakes the rest. What is currently missing is the backup collections, the PFCandidate references for e/gamma objects, and the calo met muon corrections in the pat::Muon
Still missing the proper re-keying of the jet daughters though.

Following Slava's comment, fix the names of the miniAOD muon tagger modules
