Ubuntu >= 13.04 does not have libstdc++6:i386 packages in default repositories.

Also, I don't think if we should throw an error for all i686 architectures.

This initial draft version (0.0.0) was historically scoped for a specific target platform, but indeed milestone 0.1 aims to support long-term-support and latest versions of Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, ...
