Renovate updated the image version, but didn't update the Pipefile, had to rebuild it. @piontec can you take a look this is ok?

I think we should skip this update for now, before python 3.13 becomes mainstream/more popular. The problem is that this dependencies enforces (well, not strictly, but still) the same runtime from test creators - so I think lagging a bit behind makes sense. Still, 3.13 is not that new. But if or when we do it, we have to announce it properly.
