HaE 2.1.3：

  1. 解决与其他插件冲突所导致的如下问题，将getHttpService所使用到的所有地方等价替换为其他代码（初步判定：为BurpSuite本身插件API内部实现存在问题），感谢 @pmiaowu 提出问题：
Cannot invoke "burp.IHttpRequestResponse.getHttpService()" because "this.currentlyDisplayedItem" is null
