This commit adds support for PCRE in Nginx. This adds the ability to use the rewrite modules to ease migration from other platforms where the post/category slugs differ

This commit adds support for PCRE in Nginx.
This adds the ability to use the rewrite modules to ease migration from
other platforms where the post/category slugs differ.
I also stopped deleting the cache directory which gives a speed increase in build time.
This is required for this buildpack to work on Dokku
