GeoStore uses a quite old Spring version (3.0.5) from 2010.

This is blocking implementation of features that require a more recent one, such as OAuth2 based authentication.
For this reason we should upgrade to a more recent one (5.3.9 is the latest available at the time of writing).

This is also needed by geosolutions-it/MapStore2#7172
