[BRC Catalog] Add "Analysis" Section

Note the Figma is slightly out of date and is being updated.

We do not need the top-level "Analyze" button or file summary.

User Flow

1. The user finds a genome they are interested in.
2. The user can view the genome in the UCSC genome browser
3. The user can analyze the genome by
   1. Selecting the analyze button.
   2. This takes to a genome detail page for the entity.
   3. The Detail page has a list of analyses and an RHS list of key-value pairs, and an analysis portals section.
   4. The Analysis portals section links to the UCSC genome browser
      Key value pairs are:
      1. Species
      2. Strain
      3. Genome Version
      4. VeUPathDB Project
      5. Contigs
      6. Super Contigs
      7. Chromosomes

We will get an updated mock shortly, but this should be enough to start, and mock updates will be small.

1. Text for each analysis type
2. How to construct links for the analysis buttons that are specific to the analysis type and genome.
