How make my Meetlook SMS Server?

1. Install OpenServer on Your PC with Windows 10 or 11
2. Activate phpMyAdmin in OpenServer
3. Load my Data Base in phpMyAdmin
4. Configure all the parameters of your MySQL database in the server code
5. Configure the server IP address and port in the client app
