update spin install script and remove some expired events #1357

Updates the install script to remove js2wasm as we have a new release of the SDK that does not depend on the plugin anymore.

This PR also cleans up some of the older events. I left one event in place to be used as a template.

The latest Spin JS SDK no longer uses it, and the upstream spin installer
no longer installs it by default: fermyon/developer#1357
