How to user filter query.

Hi, dear support team.
I have a question regarding filter query.
Currently, I am working on Laravel project and wanna fetch the list of Issuedinvoices.
I am going to implement advanced filters based on multiple queries.
I was able to use one query using Filter, Operator class.
Here is my code.

$filter = new Filter();
$filter->where('entity.id', Operator::EQ, 'entity_number');
$query = $filter->buildQuery();


$token = session::get('token');
    $config = Configuration::getDefaultConfiguration()->setAccessToken($token);
    $apiInstance = new IssuedDocumentsApi(
      new Client(),
      $config
    );

    $response = $apiInstance->listIssuedDocuments($company_id, "invoice", null, null, '-date', $page, $perPage, $query);

I wanna add multiple queries. For example, year, vat_amount, due_date etc...
Please help me with this problem.
