  • add contributing, security, support, funding
  • templates config, bugreport,featurerequests.yml +pull_request_template.md

TODO:

  1. CONTRIBUTING.md: please change {codestyle} and {URLofCodestyle} to the desiered codingstyle, recommend black for python
  2. pull_request_template.md: please change {TestCoverage} to the appropriate test
