Error: SQLITE_IOERR: disk I/O error | Docker Compose

Hi. This is my first time trying out jellyseerr. I am using the docker compose way to do it. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Seems pretty straightforward. I don't see anything like this online.

I don't see any IO issues on my system as well. Everything seems to just fine. How do I go about debugging this?

I would suggest hopping onto discord. That's where support is carried out as its in real time and easier for us to provide support

Answering my question. The issue was that I was running this on a filesystem that didn't support some error handling that SQLite required (mergefs). I moved the volume to my OS drive which is on zfs and it works okay.
