This PHP 5.4.0+ method is missing

Thanks for reporting this. It looks like you have already taken a stab at it so I won't state that. @simonwelsh was also generally looking at reflection compliance as well.

Thanks; looks like it's still not implemented. It's likely to be picked up quicker if you attach a repro case.
