Upgrade Typescript version to version 5.0.4

  • Updates Typescript module to version 5.0.4
    • Previous version: 4.7.4
    • v5.6 currently in Beta
  • Updates typedoc version
  • Updates typedoc-plugin-markdown version
  • Fixes export statement in client/@types/qheap
