Description
This PR is currently a WIP, I'm in the process of running some internal sync/benchmarking tests
This PR updates the monorepo to support v1.14.7 of op-geth which is being merged from upstream in ethereum-optimism/op-geth#349.
To minimize the diff, I changed the Geth defaults for all op-e2e testing to continue to use the hash DB format with pruning disabled.
Tests
Should be covered by existing tests.
