Interop: Stable Devnet

A devnet with the reorg support, to handle the sad-path when invalid messages make it past the sequencer, or when L1 reorgs. This devnet should focus on stability features. (Target Date: Q4'24)

We will also deploy:

  • Interoperable ETH (SuperchainWETH)
  • and new Superchain L2-Native tokens (SuperchainERC20s)
    for testing on this Devnet
