Following up on user feedback when this was incorporated into Spotless
The p2 data has moved from
~/.equo/xxxto~/.m2/repository/dev/equo/p2-data. We also have a special case for when this fails but aGRADLE_USER_HOMEis set, which is apparently the case for some CI setups.
