All snapping related elements (and bonds) become insisible after switching to Molecules mode and back #6627

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Macro - Flex mode (clean canvas)
  2. Load from HELM: PEPTIDE1{C}|PEPTIDE2{A}$PEPTIDE1,PEPTIDE2,1:pair-1:pair$$$V2.0
    Image
  3. Go to Molecules mode and return back to Macro - Flex mode
  4. Grab one monomer and move it

Actual behavior
All snapping related elements are invisible

All snapping related elements are visible

Versions

  • Ketcher Version 3.2.0-rc.1 Build at 2025-03-04; 14:24:35
  • Indigo Version 1.30.0-rc.1.0-g9bdedaba9-wasm32-wasm-clang-19.0.0
  • Chrome Version 134.0.6998.36 (Official Build) (64-bit)
  • Win10
