Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Macro mode - Flex
  2. Load from HELM: PEPTIDE1{A.C.D}$$$$V2.0

  3. Open Save dialog and choose Sequence (3-letter code)

  4. Press Save button

Actual behavior
Nothing happens.
Error message in console: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'mime')

Expected behavior
File .seq created

As per requirements:

2.5. All amino acids should be exported as the three letter code of their natural analogue.
