Load as a fragment and copy to the Clipboard: Copy to Clipboard doesn't work

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click the Open button, click the 'Open From File' button. Choose any file.
2. Check the 'Load as a fragment and copy to the Clipboard' check mark. Click OK. -- The correct structure appeared on canvas.
3. Clear the canvas. Click 'Ctrl+V' hot key.

Expected result:
The opened in step 2 structure should be copied to the Clipboard.

Actual result:
The structure didn't appear on the canvas. The structure was not copied to the Clipboard.

Note: Issue is copy from GitLab and opened as not fixed yet.
