How to reproduce

Steps:

  1. open Add application form
  2. click on Icon field link "Change"
  3. select avif file

Actual result

error message is displayed
image (48)

Expected result

avif file type is in list of supported types for custom app icons
option to select and use avif type while custom app creation/edit should be available
