Steps to Reproduce

  1. Toggle to Macro - Flex
  2. Load using paste from clipboard way following HELM: PEPTIDE1{(A+C+D+E+F+G+H+I+K+L+M+N+O+P+Q+R+S+T+U+V+W+Y)}$$$$V2.0

Actual behavior
Note that monomer label is a percent

Expected behavior
Label should be X
image

As per @ljubica-milovic -

Monomer label for mixture ambiguous monomer should be the same as for ambiguous monomer with the same components present at the library

Versions

  • Ketcher Version 2.25.0-rc.4 Build at 2024-09-23; 17:24:38
