…eARMed. Adds the missing command cdrIsoMultidiskSelect++ to the Swap CD (Multi-disk) command. SBI detection logics/code also depends of this command/variable, and Libretro PCSX-ReARMed has this command.

The SBI detection logics/code also depends of this command/variable, and Libretro PCSX-ReARMed has this command, so let's add it to WiiSX too.
