- resolves 4.12+ subtle timing change for new record destroy post-save-error #8700
- Also fixes isDestroyed flag on RecordArrays (resolves 4.12+ unloadAll(void) sets RecordArray to isDestroyed #8707)
- Also fixes an edge case with sync unload right after a save completes (resolves 4.12+ peekAll state can be incorrect if unloadRecord occurs immediately after successful save #8709 )
