What does this PR do?

This PR fixes the image generation API invocation of NEAR AI.

What kind of change is this?

Bug fixes (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

Why are we doing this? Any context or related work?

The current image generation procedure with NEAR AI doesn't work well because it falls back to call OpenAI.

Documentation changes needed?

My changes do not require a change to the project documentation.

Testing

We have tested in this PR and it works well: near-agent/near-eliza-starter#13

Where should a reviewer start?

We have added the missing NEAR AI branch in generateImage function, using the OpenAI compatible APIs.

Detailed testing steps

1. Start Eliza with the starter project, which uses the NEARAI model for image generation;
2. In the web client, send the message like generate an image of a plane;
3. The image will be generated under the generatedImages folder.
