Background

What does this PR do?

Adds meeting notes for three weekly contributor meetings:

• December 10, 2024: First meeting focusing on stability, plugins, and codebase organization
• December 31, 2024: Meeting covering developer onboarding, CI/CD improvements, and funding models
• January 7, 2025: Meeting discussing PR bottlenecks and agent automation strategies

What kind of change is this?

Documentation (adding new meeting notes)

Documentation changes needed?

My changes are documentation changes themselves, adding new meeting notes to the /docs/community/Contributors/weekly-contributor-meeting/ directory.

Testing

Where should a reviewer start?

Review the three new markdown files in chronological order:

1. 2024-12-10.md
2. 2024-12-31.md
3. 2025-01-07.md

Detailed testing steps

1. Verify markdown formatting is correct
2. Check that frontmatter (title, date, description) is properly formatted
3. Ensure content accurately reflects meeting discussions
4. Verify file locations are correct in the docs structure

The content is primarily text documentation, so automated tests are not applicable.
