Is it using the version we want? We're on Kotlin 1.9 and it's using the -1.8 suffix for the version name.

EDIT: confirmed, there is a 2.4.9 version for Kotlin 1.9: https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/squareup/anvil/com.squareup.anvil.gradle.plugin/2.4.9/
