Elasticsearch version: 7.9.0-SNAPSHOT
Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): Docker
Describe the bug:
Unable to create an index pattern if there is no matching indices in the local cluster.
Steps to reproduce:
*:metricbeat-*
Expected behavior:
A CCS based index pattern can be created regardless if the local cluster has a matching index or not.
